Introduction Text Welcome to my page "High Vibrational Healing" As a trauma survivor, I am trying to define High Vibrational Healing for myself. My page will be more than just weight loss but many health gains mentally, physically, and spiritually. A little bit about me: At this moment 7/21/2020, I am carrying 245lbs on my precious female frame. When doctors or nurses learn of my weight, they usually say “no way” because I don't look as heavy, BUT as we all know looks can be deceiving. I actually feel like I weight over 500lbs, my spirit is heavy, my heart is too, and I am tired and in pain most of the time. These past ten years have been difficult, I was a victim of a crime and now labeled as a trauma survivor but I feel like I am barely surviving. I have been diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, and depression and been living out those titles in fear and in isolation for some time now. I declined medication but I was working through trauma therapy, until recently when I had to let my therapist go for inappropriate behaviors. BUT these unfortunates are not all that I am. I am a college grad, did well in corporate finance for many years, I completed missions work, and a host of volunteer positions. I love people, animals (vegan), healing and helping anyone I can, and being a good but imperfect soul in this world. So what change why are you seekng to better care for yourself? Well, I'm ashamed to say that for many years, I’ve been praying that God wouldn’t wake me up. I didn’t want to go heaven and did not feel I deserved hell. I just didn’t want to exist in any capacity anymore, but when COVID-19 hit, I was no longer alone in my fear, my losses, my stress, my pain, nor my isolation. The majority of the world was in this same place (not that I want anyone to undergo any kind of trauma), but I saw the world responding in similar ways that I responded to my own trauma, and I no longer felt alone, misunderstood, weak, or insane…in fact I felt one with the world once again. You see fear is real and facing fear alone is lethal. The majority of the world, although we have our different stances on different subjects, we are all on one accord…we all want to survive this global epidemic. Never before in such a global way (in my lifetime) have I witnessed so many people being more patient with each other, more helpful, willing to look beyond our difference to survive this thing all together, it made me want to survive as well. So here I am broken, uncertain, and scared, but I am showing up to do my best. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. I hope we can be friends and support each other in our weight loss journeys and other areas of health and healing. To find my true Higher Power. To fall in love with myself and abolish self-hate. To live in color again. To heal completely, mentally, physically and spiritually. To experience true love. To have a family and close friends one day. To lose all my weight and be vibrantly healthy.

To consume 90% High Vibrational Plantbase Foods. Walking, Dancing, Swimming, Aerobics, Weight Training, being in Mother Nature as much as I can.

Single no kids. Pet Mom to two Cats. Want to leave Corporate Finance and become a Healer.
