My Journey
I have learned a lot about myself in these last four years, and perhaps the most important thing that I have learned is that limits are generally self-imposed, not physiologically imposed. Your body is an incredible machine capable of incredible things. You have to realize that it is capable of doing many things, and will only stop when the mind tells it too, not because it is physically unable to achieve. If you tell your body what you want and expect it to do, it will strive to achieve. ...
It will not stop until your mind tells it too. If you believe all of the limiting talk that is out there, you will NEVER reach your full potential. If, however, you believe in yourself and the strength, power and beauty that lies within you, and make a conscious decision to not let ANYTHING get in your way, YOU WILL SUCCEED!! You WILL achieve the body of your dreams...You WILL achieve HEALTH...You will achieve HAPPINESS. THE POWER IS WITHIN YOU! CHOOSE TO GO AFTER IT! CHOOSE TO GRASP IT WITH BOTH HANDS, SET IT IN MOTION, AND NEVER GIVE UP!!!!

I'm not out there sweating for three hours every day just to find out what it feels like to sweat.

Your sweat this week put you in the top five for team fitness minutes. The more you sweat, the stronger you get!
