alright starting May 31st we're going to do a crunches and arms challenge. i know you cannot do pushups but can you do curls with soup cans or something? by the end of the month we'll have you strong enough for pushups and hopefully we'll both have some fiiine muscles and abs :0) sound good to you? 4265 days ago

chica, find a spot on your stomach to measure if you have a mole or something. if not, put the tape against the top of just inside your bellybutton facing down and mark the one inch spot. turn the tape to around your waist in front a mirror where you can shift and check to see if you're straight. see what number you get and do this every time so you're closer to being consistent. 4693 days ago
