I have been married for 2 years, and my husband and I are both active duty Air Force. He is leaving to Afghanistan this week, so to stay busy while he's gone, I've decided to invest my time in the gym when my children are asleep. I still have alot of post pregnancy weight to lose (third baby was born in March), and i'm having a hard time staying motivated. I'll do good for a week or so, then start to slack until i'm completely back to where i was before! My problem is staying on track! any help or advise is ALWAYS welcome! I would like to lose 49 pounds!

My Goals:
I've always been a curvy girl, even when i was at 115 (under weight) i'm hispanic and italian so i've always had curves. After being pregnant, things got wider lol. i know i will never have the same body as before, and my babies are WELL worth it, but i just wanna get rid of my squishyness. my goal is to get to a healthy weight and feel great in my clothes again. i do not aspire to be 'skinny' by any means, just to feel good again! i embrace my figure, i just want it to be smaller.

My Program:
nothing processed. only chicken, fish, lean meat, fruits and veggies. i'm eating what grew out of the earth, and what lives on it.

Personal Information:
My children are my life!! I have a 4 1/2 year old, a 2 1/2 year old, and a 6 month old! (yes, my children are almost exactly 2 years apart to the day) idk what i would do without them! everything i do is for them!

Other Information:
i am a crafter! you name it, i make it! It's definitely a passion of mine that helps to side track me from 'boredom eating' i tend to eat just because i'm bored, but with crafting, the time flies! i also love to bake! the good news with that is that i HATE pastries and sweets! so it works for my family to endulge and me to feel good that they love what i make!

    We understand exactly what you are going through, because we are all in the same boat! We try, really try, and we lose, then something in our body takes over and forces us to eat and we gain again! Keep smiling, keep trying, and know that we are here to help you, while trying to help ourselves!
    And take this from someone who has been married almost 47 years: how much you love and cherish each other will determine how long your marriage lasts, not how good you look on your wedding day!
