Now: 198
Goal: 175
One bite at a time, one foot in front of the other - I will get there!!!
My Program:
Eating more fruit and veggies, moving more and eating no added sugar.
Personal Information:
I have been overweight most of adult life, had great success losing large amounts of weight may times, end result was always regaining plus more. I dieted myself to 291 pounds. I had learned many really good habits over the years of dieting, but also let a lot of bad habits return! A little over a year ago 10-2014, I saw a Dr Oz segment on sugar addiction and that was the moment I realized that was me and the sugar was like crack for me. I decided to quit the sugar, only allowing myself natural occurring sugar in my daily nutrition. I quit dieting and starting eating smarter, using the trackers and slowing adding more exercise to my daily routine. As of today, I am down 92 pounds with another 28 to goal. This new lifestyle and self discovery this past year has been amazing!

I love reading, old cars and driving them fast because I am a true 'gearhead'

Thank you! I love my treadmill it took me two years to save for it (ridiculously expensive) but I love all the features...google maps to run/walk anywhere, decline, and a 15% incline. Have a great day!
