My Goals:
Initial goal was to lose at least 93lbs. As of October 1 I am 56lbs away from reaching that goal. In the meantime I realized that my goal is so much more that just about weight loss. It is about becoming the best me I can be.
My Program:
For the most part I simply focus on making sure I am logging my exercise and foods. Without this I know that I would exercise less and consume many more calories. The logs allow me to see where I am during the day and help me make better choices overall.
