I m 60 yrs old need to lose about 80-90 lbs. I WOULD LOVE TO GET OFF MY MEDS. RIGHT NOW IAM BATTLE ARTHRITIST IN MY HIP AND BACK AND TERRIBLE LEG PAIN. I HAVE LOST SOME BUT NEED TO GET MOVING IF I AM GOING TO HIT ONDERLANS BY 2019.

 EATTING FRUITS AND VEGETABLES AND CHICKEN AND WALKING TO START HOPE TO ADD MORE EXERCISES. NO SOFT DRINKS AND NO FAST FOOD.
