My goal is to FINALLY lose the weight in 2010 so that I don't have to make that dreaded New Year's resolution any longer! We all say that we will lose it in the new year, but I feel that 2010 is the year for me to get into the best shape of my life and become the best ME that I can be.





Ok so my weight loss actually started at 286 pounds and I told my best friend that I would be serious about SP when I reached my first goal of 265lbs. After some hard work, I reached that goal and am continuing to lose weight consistently. I still have a long way to go, but I feel that with SparkPeople I can reach my goal of 220lbs and ultimately 200lbs thereafter.
