Fitness Minutes: 190,680

My Goals:
My goal is to drop 10 kg/ 22 lbs.
Lower my BMI and cholesterol to normal levels.
Be healthy and fit.
Be rid of the extra rolls around my midriff and tummy.

My Program:
 To meet my goal, I am using SP to keep track of my exercises and daily calories.
Need to practice PORTION CONTROL!
My fitness routine consists of 3-4 days of walking and 2 times/week of ST at gym.


Personal Information:
I live in Melbourne, Australia.
I've been married for 55 years and have 2 daughters and 1 son.

Other Information:
 I love travelling. Have seen a lot of Australia and now that we have grandchildren living in Scotland we travel there every northern summer.
