Hi and I'm glad you've decided to do something about your weight. I'm here for the same reason but I'm 57 and should have done it years ago. I'm pretty healthy except for all the joints that hurt when I walk, roll over in bed, rise from a chair, etc. I'll be of any help I can be to your efforts but my strongest urging is that you follow through with this. Your weight will only make other health issues come to light in the years to come. If we could have 'do overs' I wish I could go back in time and do this YEARS ago. I'd be healthier, less achy and probably wouldn't have been alone since my husband's death 10 years ago. PLEASE don't give up on this... You won't lose it all quickly and some days you may even gain a pound or 2 but keep going.. get up.. dust yourself off and DO IT... JUST DO IT!!!
