I've tried to lose weight more times than I can count throughout my life. I'd love to say this is THE time, but I can't. All I can do is take on today. Today I choose to exercise for at least 10 minutes, to eat more produce and drink more water. Today I choose to nourish my body and not feed my face, to rest and destress and simply make healthier choices overall. Tomorrow will have worries and blessings of its own. By taking care of myself today, I'll be better prepared to handle what tomorrow ...
