    The pic is my brother and me all dressed up for Easter. It was found in my grandmother's old Bible recently & my cousin saved it for me. It thought it was sweet so I scanned it.

    Hi Fran, thanks for your comment on my friend feed. No, I didn't use a recipe, I just cooked the fish fillets in the microwave with a little butter and splash of lemon juice. I served it with steamed baby carrots and green beans my daughter picked from our garden. It was a tasty meal that was a big hit. I sure was surprised when SP's nutrition tracker showed the meal as only containing 223 calories. I even went back over all the amounts, making sure I'd entered everything correctly! It was certainly a nice surprise - and a great way to stay on track!
