A Spark to Flame a Healthier Me!
I seem to have problems in following a weight loss plan. The result is that my weight keeps climbing and I am feeling the effects. I get winded easily and have no energy. I dread the thought of having to engage in any physical activity like climbing stairs or having to walk long distances. I also hate the way I look in clothes and having to shop in the "Plus" size department. I am also tired of expensive and time consuming weight loss plans that robbed me of money and time while I got more ...
I seem to have problems in following a weight loss plan. The result is that my weight keeps climbing and I am feeling the effects. I get winded easily and have no energy. I dread the thought of having to engage in any physical activity like climbing stairs or having to walk long distances. I also hate the way I look in clothes and having to shop in the "Plus" size department. I am also tired of expensive and time consuming weight loss plans that robbed me of money and time while I got more and more out of shape.
So far I like what I am seeing with SPARKPEOPLE. I was introduced to the website about 6 months ago and I like what I see. The exercises look easy enough for a beginner and the recipes look tasty, healthy, and easy to make. I am looking forward to meeting people like me looking to lose weight and get healthier to share ideas and motivations. Good luck to all of us!!

My Goals:
My goal is to never to diet again!! I want to be healthier and to look better. I don't want to be the heaviest woman in the room. I don't want to have to keep shopping ion the "Plus" size departments of stores. I want people to look at and listen to me and not starte at my fat rolls. More to come!!!!
My Program:
I am basically doing a blend of South Beach and Weight Watchers. I am trying to eat more fruits and vegetables along with whole grains and I am slowly starting an exercise program of walking.
