I need the help of others to help obtain my weight loss goals. Each year since I turned 50 i have gained a pound or 2. I realize i can't continue to gain without losing a few.

    I have 6 wonderful grandchildren. I feel I am very fourtunate to have them in my life. They include me in their activities. they are not embarassed to be with me in public.(yet) I want to be able to keep up with them. My oldest granddaughter will graduate in June. I hope to buy me a size 10 white dress to wear to her graduation.
