Mediterranean Diet - Whole food, lots of plants, GF, modified carb cycling, minimal processed food and sugar while staying within my calorie and nutrient ranges.

Meal timing
- Largest meal at midday.
- NO food after 6:30.

30+ minutes a day
~ST - YNY every day
~Cardio - treadmill, elliptical, Body Groove dancing, LS dvd, hiking!
~Flexibility - Yoga, Qigong

    What is the Waterfall challenge? How old are the grands? My GGS is 3 1/2. I saw him at first A LOT,,,I took care of him 4 to 5 days a week for 11 1/2 hours each day. LOL LOL he's WAY WAY WAY to cute!! I did that for 3 months, but I wasn't myself, so his other grandmother took him for me. I DO still see him, of course, just not as much. They're to come down on Monday. I read that you are adjusting to the fatigue, I can relate, though I have not not not found at all any balance yet, in my head though I am learning. It still THRILLS me though to be the CL! so that's GOOD!!
