    There is no magic in weight loss. 1 pound = 3500 calories so if you want to lose 2 pounds per week you have to lose 7,000 calories. How do you do that? Cut 1000 calories from your eating play every day for 7 days. Exercise and burn 1000 calories every day for 7 days. Or do a combination of cutting calories and exercising to reach that goal. I did a combination of both and found that I can eat a lot more vegetables that are low calorie so I didn't have to fight being hungry. And the most important factor: Drink lots and lots of water!!!! and find something you love to do and do it. Jenna
