January 2015. A little over maintenance range, but working on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
January 2014. Just around when I was hitting my goal of 140 lbs.
Before picture. Right around my highest weight - 250-260 lbs, I believe.

Fitness Goals

My Program:
Run 3 times per week, ST two times per week and HIIT and walks thrown in to round it out.
I cook and plan all of my meals during the weekends, so not wanting to cook/laziness is never a factor in making a bad choice. Also, I make foods that I like to eat (I'm a bit of a foodie) which makes it easier to chose what I have at home over a greasy drive-thru disaster.
Personal Information:
I'm a native Floridian and reside in central Florida though I did a three winter stint in Chicago. Miami grad - go 'Canes, - knitter, football and hockey fan, cook/baker.

Thanks for commenting on my trail run training blog today. Nice to meet someone from central Florida, too. They (Masters of All Terrain) put on some really good trail runs - I always enjoy them.
