I have been like you - not having enough energy to exercise, in order to get more energy. The weight itself will do that, so using both the nutrition and fitness tracker will put it in black and white for you.
I have been walking daily since February 18th, 2007, and have found a determination to keep that streak going. When I began, I was winded, and before that date, could talk myself out of walking very easily. On April 1st I walked the 3.1 mile challenge, which was a stretch, but my shorter walks seem like a breeze now, so don't hesitate to mix it up. I think the boredom and routine can beat us as much as anything.
