My goal to truly live a healthy lifestyle and have the energy I need to do the activities in life that I enjoy doing.

Long Term Goal Weight: To be 130-135 lbs as I have a small frame.

My Program:
 Life everything else a work in progress.

I am currently limited by rehabilitation of a torn ACL.
