ORIGINALLY LOST 50 LBS....BUT HAVE REGAINED!I WANT THIS AND I PRAY FOR MOTIVATION.

THIS MUST CHANGE!

My Goals:
To meet my goal weight and to improve on my exercise. I really want to do this so badly.

My Program:
 I am exercising every day and walking for 30 minutes each day. I no longer go to the kitchen after dinner. And I am aware of my portion size. I am eating healthier, and loving every minute of it. .


Personal Information:
I am originally from Tampa, Florida and have been a resident of Franklin, North Carolina for the past 21 years. .

Other Information:
 Eastern Daylight Savings Time

I am a recipe collector.

I am an avid reader.

    So sorry your cough is acting up and you do not feel good.
    Do hope it gets better soon for you.
    I have a cough syrup I have used from OTC at the drugstore.
    It worked for me and is the ONLY one that did. In case you want to
    try it, it is called--------- DELSYM cough suppressant. It is a 12 hr
    release and it is about $10-12. for a bottle of the syrup. Hope this
    can help you possibly.

    Do not be misled, that picture is over two years old. When I get a new laptop, I will show you some pics of me when I lost the 50 lbs. I cannot do a darn thing on this smartphone. My laptop died, so have ordered a new one. That goal of 50 lbs was set
