Introduction Text I was recently diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis after having almost three rough years of not feeling myself due to IB issues. I discovered it is time for Me to take care of Me instead of always taking care of everyone else. I have started a new food plan suggested by my Gastro Doc: The Low-FODMAP plan which should help the issues of my digestive disorders, and help me begin a new life of feeling like myself again. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. To stick with the plan and not steer off course, if I do just get up, dust myself off and begin again. My short term goal is One-derland AND...... Long term... To reach my goal weight when it happens.

I have been married for 22 years, to the love of my life! I currently live in Albuquerque, NM. My two sons are young adults and live on their own. I have three cats.

I enjoy stain glass design, wire wrapping, fusion glass, cross stitching, decorating, painting, gardening and sitting on the back porch at the end of the day,with the love of my life (Jeff) talking. I love watching Extreme Weight Loss, NCIS and Criminal Minds.
