    Can you believe we're already halfway through the Harvest Your Health Challenge? How are you doing? If you have any questions, please let me know.

    This week, we're doing the shuffle. Just record your exercises on the shuffle thread so that we can get as many rounds done as possible.

    And, for the POC, we're sorting, tossing, cleaning, moving our stuff and cleaning up the house. I did one shelf in my pantry yesterday. What tasks have you done?

    And, finally, the Nutrition Challenge. Pick a goal for the week and record how often you accomplished it. Easy-peasy. emoticon

    Week 1's Challenges are done. Are you prepared for Week 2 (I know this is late but we were out of town and just got home tonight. emoticon )

    Did you choose a personal fitness pledge? Have you picked your healthy habit to track for the next few weeks? And, mindful eating is also this week. Don't forget to take at least 20 minutes to eat your meals.
