Staying Focused
I lost weight 10 years ago, gained it back with the last couple pregnancies. I've used SparkPeople in the past but tend to gain back more than I lost. My Mom's diabetes' diagnosis was a wake up call to reduce my weight and take better care of myself. In February 2014 I made it into the healthy weight range, and in May I reached my goal weight. Over the last year my weight crept up slightly, and I'm back into weight loss mode, planning to lose another 10 pounds by the end of the summer.

Exercise consistently.
Eat healthy foods.
My Program:
Exercise at least 5 days a week.
Walk/cardio at least 3 days a week.
Strength train at least 3 days a week.
Track all the food I eat at least 6 days a week.
Eat at least 5 fruits or veggies a day.

My Goals:
