Introduction Text This is my life and I am making the choice to lose the weight and live healthier. I am a 29 year old single mother and my life is all about my child. I have decided that I need to do something to make me feel better about myself...so here I am! I don't just have dreams and hopes of losing the weight, I have a plan and I'm doing it! Everything just feels right about being able to change my lifestyle for the better. I'm doing this to make me feel better about "ME"! This is definitely going to be the journey of a lifetime!
