Playing Well is the Best Revenge
I'm getting narrower ... and faster ... if I break the light-speed barrier, I'll tell you yesterday. Wag more, bark less. You can do anything. Except live without oxygen. And gravity is nice, too. But aside from that -- anything's possible! -- Including losing 100 lbs. in 9 months and 8 days. If I can do it, YOU can do it. -- Including hitting 100,000 fitness minutes (no lie!) on March 22, 2011. My favorite of the Spark People haikus I've been writing: All dogs learn new tricks ...

Party on! :) March 25, 2009 -- thank you thank you THANK YOU for naming me the Spark Motivator of the Day! How the heck did THAT happen? Seriously, I am humbled and grateful and newly motivated and trying to think of how I'm going to thank everyone individually. This may involve dog slobber. A good one, that interests me. 2) Lose the last lbs . 3) Get down to my High School measurements (36-29-39). 4) Continue to treat myself better and better. Learn new recipes. Improve and change up strength training and cardio. Get good rest. Drink the water. 5) Continue to polish and promote my writing. Publishing contract signed with Riverdale Avenue Books in February, 2014. 6) There is no #6. PS I am starting some things over. Not fun to re-lose and get back to under 200 but that's life in the big city and I am on my way. Come along and help drive. :) PPS Yeah, I've got a website, and I was published in 2014. :) http://www.janetgershen-siegel.com PPPS On January 1, 2019, I am hitting the road. It's been real. Diet, exercise (resistance bands, Joyce Vedral's 20-minute daily workout book, a big honkin' yellow stability ball, the gym and walking, a touch of Pilates) and I used to take alli. Oh and my own will, your love, you wonderful Sparkies, plus the ability to lie to myself about why chocolate is evil.
