Introduction Text I want to keep feeling great!

Feeling better about myself is my primary goal. In order to achieve that I plan to lose at least 25 pounds--that will take me down from overweight to healthy. Lately I've been feeling old, overweight and unmotivated but have decided if my body gets fit my mind will too.

Track everything I eat. Eat more vegetables and fruit. Limit my favorite goodies and walk most days. Since winter and the accompanying darkness has limited my ability to ride my bike to work, I try to walk during my lunch hour.

I live in Missoula, Montana with my husband, four dogs--two Westies & two Miniature Australian Shepherds. I am now working at The University of Montana in the English Department.

We enjoy hiking, fishing and the Montana lifestyle. The background photo is taken at my favorite place on the Missouri River.
