50ish and feeling it
2020 is just around the corner. Am I ready to commit to being more consistent? I don't really have much choice do I? I need to figure this out. 51 needs to be more fabulous than 50 was! I am determined to feel better in 2020 and stay consistent with my health. If you see me reaching for the junk, feel free to swat my hand. And if I am sitting too long, kick me!

My Goals:
My goal is to start feeling better. This will include getting at least 10 minutes of a walk or other form of exercise each day, eliminating or limiting foods that bother my stomach and cause me to bloat, and to work towards getting at least 6,000 steps each day.
My Program:
Walking the dog each day
Meal planning
Increase water consumption
Getting up and moving at work more frequently
Figure out portion control or learn to eat slower
Personal Information:
I am close to my heaviest weight ever and I feel it. I need to figure out what is causing me to feel so bloated and sluggish.
Other Information:
Working on my Doctorate does limit my ability to have gym time. I also do a lot of sitting because of my job.
