Introduction Text UPDATE 5/28/09 So I just had my dating ultrasound! 12/21/09 I expect a new bundle of joy to be brought into the world! So excited, I just can't put it into words. After I started losing weight, I decided to go for total health, and truely after 4 yrs of trying I kind of gave up on having another child, but after PCOS diagnosis and treatment, here I am, and thrilled to be here. UPDATE 3/3/09 marching into march, 2 month update! feeling strong, realy strong. not really shedding the pounds like when i started, but have really come to realization of i changed my life. i have goals and aspirations now that 200 days ago i would never even thought of. I am an active person. my doctors are amazed with my progress, and everyone i meet tells me how proud they are of me. i as worried that i was getting to the point of being content with how far i made it, and i think i just got over the numbers. my body is better now the when i was 16 years old. so i am not looking to lose 10# in the next 2 months, though i wouldn't mind it, i am working toward having a fun and active summer. i just sooo excited! and a thankyou to spark people for helping me. i may not always be on track, i have fallen plenty, but this site has really gotten me to pick myself back up, and gave me the determination to stick with it. 195 days strong today!!! and i am not going anywhere! UPDATE 1-4-09 --------------------- joined the fitness boot camp today, just taking the challenge of updating my profile! december was a rough month, didn't make much on progress, but i decided the new year it was time to get it in gear! just want to get even more active, and be able to see even more results. I can do it!!! and look more pictures! update 11/24/08 -------------------- I am officially 1/2 way to my goal. that is sooooo exciting you wouldn't belive. i got myself a new shirt and took a new pic. it is so funny how even 65# lighter i hate my pictures. still feel fat, but hey i am working on it. thanks again spark people/friends that have provided me with encouragement. i am not just losing weight, i have totally overhauled my life. and it is funny how something that just started as weight loss has changed my views and actions. even what i want. originally i just wanted to be a size 18 for my best friends wedding in march, but there now, still striving for more, and working on other aspects of my life, i am still a continuation. No stopping me now!!!! and i have all my blogs reminding me of every step i have taken. this is awesome! update 10/7/08: ------------------- I am doing it. look at the before-after pictures. it has been 8 tough weeks, but i almost started to cry with the pictures. they are taken in the same spot with that same cloth, only differrent is 44#. i did not think i could do it, but now i no i can, and am even more determined to work harder. thanks everyone for you encouragement, advice and praise. it had made it easier for me. spark people have been a wonderful resource, and great way to keep track of my journey. I wonder what i will look like in another 4-8 weeks?.?.?.... -------------------- I've been thru this yoyo battle with my weight, but i have made the choice to go all the way this time. wish me luck

1. Look better for friends wedding in Oct. ******(done) 2. Have confidence in my appearance when maid of honor for wedding in Mar. ******(done and proud!) 3. Be a better example for my daughter, and be comfortable enough to go out with her in my swimsuit next summer.

1) EXERCISE - daily walks - gym 4 x a week - active @ home 2) WATER - 5-6 liters a day 3) DIET - as much fruits and vegetables as I want - turkey and chicken for meats, occassional lean red meat - no fast food 4) MEDICATION -otc multi vit, fish oil, calcium, & carnberry extract
