    Heyyyyyyyyy...hope you didn't get to off track with it being valentines day... But I'm good been working out lately so that's always great news. But I use to weigh myself like every other day lol but now I do it maybe once every 2 weeks

    We all been there with a busy schedule and do not really have time to eat or eat healthy. But no excuses we can do better and better prepare for these busy days (easier said then done I know) emoticon Well good thing it is behind you!! And now you can get back on track so you can meet that goal of yours! For me I'm feeling better and I went to the gym yesterday and I am going today as well. emoticon

    Hiiiii!!! Sorry I've been off here for a while! I didn't have internet there, but I'm back! Stress eating and food cravings is what I struggle with the most! I've been trying to train my body to crave different things, or find really good subs!
