My Goals:
1. To take care of me
2. To lose 50 pounds by August 1, 2014.
3. To run 5K in the next marathon here in Kuwait next November.

My Program:
 1. I am putting myself first by taking small steps and being honest with myself.
2. Circuit training and couch to 5K.
