To love myself at any weight :)

"Gentle" weight loss. I weighed myself for the first time last weekend. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my weight stayed the same, and I even went down a *tiny* bit in my measurements. This was all by eating sensibly (not tracking), and doing about 30 minutes of moderate exercise 4-6 times a week. It really wasn't much! So now that I know what habits maintain my weight, I can take a bit out of my daily calories, add an extra few minutes of walking per day, and (hopefully) lose weight slowly.
