Introduction Text I am a breast cancer survivor who treated it homeopathically and had gained weight with the diet i had to follow to support it.In October 2008, my ND said she felt I was no longer treating cancer and we were now in a preventative mode. I was pleased and excited I had gotten well without radiation, surgery, or chemo. Over the summer I had lost 11 pounds. I had begun walking 2 miles five times a week,learned tai chi.Most of all I had made some amazing and diverse friends here on spark.Some to laugh and joke with, some to share advice,some to bare my heart and soul to. On the morning of March 4,2009 I got out of bed and fell to the floor. Suddenly and inexplicably, my left hip would not support my weight. The following weeks were a nightmare.Having a ND, i never carried health care, since no program I could afford covers it.I have gotten pain management but little else as I search for a way to get "back on my feet".Now, more than ever, I need you my spark buddies!!!I apologize for not posting a lot lately.Almost impossible to sit at the computer, since my hip wont hold any weight.DONT FORGET ME!!!!!

Strengthen my back so I need my canes less. Work out 15 minutes a day so I can lose the weight around my middle and get back to my fighting weight!

Stretch each morning, am lifting weights again, walking 1/2 hour each day and WII bowling and golf at least three times a week!

Im optimistic to a fault,spiritual, love anything dark/magical/Goth. Live in a tiny cottage filled with skulls,crosses, Jack and Sally and two kitties Mirror and Zsadist- and yes he was named after that hot, hot Black Dagger brother!!!

I love to sew, read(Ann Rice, Laural Hamilton, Poppy Z. Brite, JR Ward)Tim Burton movies, cook,paint &draw,go to concerts!
