I haven't been on here in ages...I have had a lot going on the last couple of years..some good, some bad...I have finally made a very important decision..I am pre op for Bariatric Surgery...I have done all of my follow up tests and am set up for surgery on the 20th of January...I am so excited but also very very scared..I have never had an operation where I had to be put under...I just can't seem to lose this weight...I know this is only a tool, but it's one I am ready to use...So wish me luck... 2206 days ago

Hi Juanita~ Am just checking in to see how you are doing this week. For the past two weeks, I've managed to lose 2lbs each week, which I attribute to adding a couple of long (1 mile) walks outside to my routine. Usually, I do Leslie Sansone's 2 mile walk, but from a seated position, 6 days a week. The cardio of moving arms & legs seems to really be working for me.

Ooohhh, water aerobics sounds like so much fun & REALLY healthy! We have that as an option in SLO, but its a long walk from the bus stop, so not really in the cards for me @ the moment. Maybe once I lose a bit more weight & am walking further.
