Taking the next step!
I started eating healthy in May 2012. I have lost 48 lbs. I would like to lose 40 lbs. by April 2013. And I think I am going to really enjoy being a member of sparkpeople. (UPDATE) It is now april 2013 and I have reached my goal thank God. This is the best I have felt in years! I have lost weight and gained weight for so many years. My highest weight was 250 lbs. I had a lot of health problems because of my weight. My last two visits with my doctor have been great. My health is good now that I ...

(UPDATE) It is now april 2013 and I have reached my goal thank God. This is the best I have felt in years! I have lost weight and gained weight for so many years. My highest weight was 250 lbs. I had a lot of health problems because of my weight. My last two visits with my doctor have been great. My health is good now that I have lost the weight. My doctor said she was very proud of me and that made me feel so good. My weight for the past month have been between 132 and 133. I'm maintaining now and trying to keep my weight within a 5 lb range. Maintaining is not easy but I don't see myself going backwards but forward.

(UPDATE) It is now april 2013 and I have reached my goal thank God. This is the best I have felt in years! I have lost weight and gained weight for so many years. My highest weight was 250 lbs. I had a lot of health problems because of my weight. My last two visits with my doctor have been great. My health is good now that I have lost the weight. My doctor said she was very proud of me and that made me feel so good. My weight for the past month have been between 132 and 133. I'm maintaining now and trying to keep my weight within a 5 lb range. Maintaining is not easy but I don't see myself going backwards but forward.
