Introduction Text Yep, it's been a busy year. I'm sorry I'm not keeping up on this page as well as I want to. As I get more time this summer, I'll be replying. Thank you for all the encouraging words and encouraging stories of progress, discipline yielding results and FREEDOM from the unhealthy habits. Rock on my bold friends :)

Short Term: Get back into a routine of preparing my meals rather than eating out so much! Establish a sleeping schedule that allows me energy to WANT to work out Drink my water EVERY DAY Keep on the Bible Study regularity Keep on nourishing my friendships with time, attention and care Find time to stay plugged into SP!

Eating healthy Daily workouts * Taking time to rest and recoup EIGHT HOURS EACH NIGHT!! * Staying in contact with friends and family on and off these boards



I have completed Dave Ramsey Certified Counselor Training. It brings me inexpressible joy to watch people set goals and then accomplish them. Money sure doesn't buy everything, but it will get you some tylenol to handle life's headaches.
