Introduction Text 2019 Can’t believe we are into a new year. So I have been having a pity party for myself for a few months now. I’m a big time walker and love it but do to knee issues my walking has come to a complete stop. So hoping I could just get orthoscopic surgery instead total knee replacement So the end of February I will have this done. I actually have a great attitude about this I know how hard it is to recover from surgery being over eight trying to take at least 15lbs off. I started my healthy eating on January 7th and I’m down 12.5. I plan on continuing until I get down to 140 then I’ll decide if I want to go lower

FITBIT I think saved my life. I love walking. I also do a variety of strength training DVDs I know joined a gym and training with my DIL

Wife, mom and a Nonna to 3 beautiful grandsons. I work full time as Financial Counselor for a Specialty Pharmacy. I went from my old job being on my feet all day to a sit down job. So I need to excercise for sure. I'm trying to eat healthier and make better choices. I love to eat and I enjoy cooking. Most of all I like all the foods that our bad for you.

I love to garden in the summer. Spending time with family and friends. I love to cook and have family meals.
