My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight and maintain a healthier lifestyle all around.

My Program:
 I have changed my eating habits and am aiming for smarter choices each day. Also incorporating walking and exercise into my life in order to get fit and maintain a healthy weight.


Personal Information:
Born and raised in Minnesota all my life. Have enjoyed many activities and sports over the years from showing Arabian horses to trying out for the Olympics in archery and participating in numerous shooting events around the country. Currently I am learning to play the guitar and have been taking lessons for just over a year.

Other Information:
 I am very involved in shooting sports, have been off and on for the past 40 some years. I am the Membership Secretary for the Gun Club I belong to and am active in Club events and matches. I have always been a big Star Trek fan and enjoy many Sci-Fi movies, TV shows and books. I also enjoy reading, and craft projects and sewing when I have spare time, which isn't often!
