    I know what you mean, all my friends are super skinny and don't have problems with weight. Lol I however hav always struggled! I'm a big boneded girl.

    CONGRATS, on the 2lbs!
    I haven't weighed in yet, but I hope to have the same progress!

    Use the site daily and be consistent with your food tracking and exercise. Read the articles for information. Read member blogs for motivation and encouragement.

    This is a fabulous site and if you rely on it daily and remain consistent with your program, you will achieve your goals.

    I read that you hate exercise - so do things that are fun!! I'm the same way. I would say try a class - I'm thinking Zumba, but I can tell u that I LOVE Kickboxing emoticon It's a lot of working with your own body weight and a big variety of kicks and punches.

    I can also tell you that I found Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and toned/ changed me all over - best part: the routines are only 30 minutes long! All you need for is a mat and dumbells (both those and the dvd($9) I got from Walmart) They are definitley challenging BUT I stayed on level 1 for a month before I felt I was ready to move on.
