Introduction Text Interesting facts about Kaykay -Currently training for my first RUN! 5k in August. -Power 90 6 days a week. -Walks 3 days a week. -Saturdays = RUN training! -I'm 27 years old on the gettin fit journey. -Ive been a Sparker before but I have fallen off the wagon too many times in the last year and decided to start off fresh and re-join. - I'm a Photographer in my spare time. =) Look for me on facebook: K.Tapley Photos -Office Manager by day. I am constantly sitting so I need to find ways to keep myself moving so I dont fall apart and start gaining weight! A step I recently took in the right direction is taking my yoga mat to my office. Im trying to find extra work out times during the day.. -I'm a wife to a wonderful husband and mom to a wonderful furbaby named Minion. They are my number one supporters!

My work out options -Walk the dog around the block or around the park. -GYM, my evil boyfriend. LOL -Eliptical Machine @ home -Use the Wii & do Spark Videos on Youtube on the computer. -Run the stadium stairs with my coworker
