Introduction Text I live in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mtns. of East TN. I am 55 yrs old and struggled with my wt since the birth of my daughter who is now 22!! It is time I got rid of this weight around my middle once and for all! Hoping this is the year that I finally learn how to do it.

My ultimate goal is to get to 140 lbs.

Eat more fruit & vegetables drink more water exercise 40 mins perday, aerobics, strength, and elliptical machine Cut out the junk!' I try to burn at least 600 cals a day. I like Denise Austin's workouts. Stationary Bike and Wt. machine in my workout room too.

I love scrapbooking, traveling, reading, & eating! I have one daughter 22 yrs. old. We have 5 adorable cats! I do a lot of website work for my hubby who has his own used car lot. We love all things Disney!! I love Dwight Yoakam, Aerosmith, 80's rock
