Ok...I got lazy watching food and exercise. Put on 5 lbs in month..I need to get that back down plus some. Ohhh here we go...to high on carbs and eating to late..Hate when Husband on 2nd shift. Better planning is needed.

    Yes I am still around. Got off for a few days. My phone broke and then I got hacked and had to change passwords. Etc. Business crept up and I didn't check in so my streak stopped but I am still here! Yeah! I am doing fine. I weighed in today at 185 for about an hour before breakfast. Hope tomorrow it will say 185 again. Slowly but shirley!
