Introduction Text I have been on spark people for years and love communicating with others just like me. In January 2009, I made a resolution to lose weight. I lost 25 pounds. In October, I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. This disease really limits what I can eat. It is difficult to eat things such as fruits, veggies, and other fibrous foods. I am still learning how to control this disease and look forward to talking with others who have any words of insight. My weight loss journey throughout 2010 has now taken on a whole new perspective. I would be happy to maintain my current weight and wouldn't complain to lose another 5-10 pounds. Feel free to talk to me about anything!

To get to 125lbs. and maintain between 120-125lbs.

I am at the gym at least 5 days a week doing cardio and I've recently started a weight training class. Doing this class several days a week has made such a difference in my body!! I highly recommend taking a class like this at your gym! I do my best to stay around 1200 calories on weekdays and allow myself to splurge a little on the weekends. Calories on the weekends are around 1400-1500. I know this will not be a lifestyle change if I don't allow myself to have pizza and ice cream every once in awhile in moderation! :) So far, this has been the longest I've ever maintained my weight loss, this is FOREVER!!
