It is time to get motivated to be healthy! The time has come to put myself first and take control of my life, including my eating habits and exercise habits.

My Goals:
To get healthy and fit. To feel comfortable about myself.

My Program:
 Since getting on track in March of 2008, I count calories, use portion control, run 3x a week, and do cardio and weights another 3x a week on days not running.
