Introduction Text This year, I need to work on getting a consistent level of exercise each day, even if it is "just" walking for an hour outside. I would also like to start to make progress on some projects, especially the decluttering project. I like Andy Stanley's life guidance saying, "In light of your past experience, your current circumstances, and your future hopes and dreams, what is the wise thing for you to do?" and I pray to make better decisions in all areas of my life in this coming year of 2020.

Increase rate of weight loss, increase fitness level. lose the remaining pounds I need to lose. Get more active and walk at least 10K PER DAY.

I follow South Beach principles. Works well for me. AND the whole family is on this program. Loving it again. Exercise: right now, lots of body weight exercises and working on increasing my step count per day.

Michigan native, (Go Blue!), graduated from University of Michigan, but also went to college in Minnesota. Love the Great Lakes States. Have lived in Minnesota, Illinois, Tennessee. Love being back in Michigan.

I read a lot, crochet, and am a Extension Master Gardener Volunteer. Love dogs, cats, gardening, family, not necessarily in that order.
