Hi, I'm a college student and I have some big changes coming up. I'm moving to Arizona with my boyfriend in January for my health and when I get there I'm kinda invisioning this new life for him and I. I am gonna continue my studies but I am one of those people that love to go on hikes and camping, and white water rafting and whatever it is. Hi, I'm a college student and I have some big changes coming up. I'm moving to Arizona with my boyfriend in January for my health and when I get there I'm kinda invisioning this new life for him and I. I am gonna continue my studies but I am one of those people that love to go on hikes and camping, and white water rafting and whatever it is. I have always been high energy and now I want the body to match so I can be my goofey self. Also my boyfriend is in really good shape and I want to be in really good shape with him. I also want to have children one day and I would like to be able to be in good shape for them. I want to play with them and have a ton of fun. I see myself as one of those really hott girls that play all the sports with the guys and look good in everything they where and right now I am not that person! I am going to be though...soon enough!

My Goals:
My goals for the next month is to get out of the 180 pound area. I also want to learn not to overeat and I want to fill out this thing every day! I am trying to give up soda and dairy, because I'm allergic to dairy. That would help I'm sure.
My Program:
My program? Hmmm, well I'm eating breakfast going to bed earlier and trying to be positive. I also find that if I am doing the things I'm doing I dont eat as much because I dont have the time. I want to work out everyday... I know that seems excessive but if I dont do it that way I wont continue my program. Day one is cardio, day two is arms, day three is cardio day four is legs day five is cardio day six is booty day seven is cardio. On cardio days I am doing stoumach. I was thinking that when I get back home every other week I would just swim. I love to swim and its a great workout.

Other Information:
Some of my hobbies, are swimming, reading, scrapbooking, watching movies, doing outdoors things. I like a challenge... i also like to prove to people that I can do what they thought I couldnt.lol! I love to dance, take pictures, write letters, and cook.
