I am thirty something and want to be fit again. Enough is enough ....I will do it this time!! I lost the weight both times after my boys. I turned 28 and gained 20 pounds. Then I quit smoking and gained 25 more. I have only been able to lose 10 pounds with a ton of work only to gain it back again when I got frustrated with how hard it was to lose 10 pounds. So here I am....back with a positive attitude.

I am back again. I am starting small this time. I will be doing 10 min. on the treadmill everyday. I will also be working on giving up that sugar! I know that is the core of my problem. When I was thin in the past I rarely consumed sugar. So that will be the biggest part of my small steps. The last part is to drink my water everyday. I think this way I won't get so overwhelmed.
Weight Loss Goals For September!!!
Starting Weight: 167.6
9/13 - 165 -- 9/13 166
I could have worked a little harder, but still happy
9/20 - 163
9/27 - 161
Possible treats of success will be.....a new book, new pair of pants, new running shoes
How will I accomplish such goals? I will stay on the low end of my calorie budget. I will jog 3 days a week and choose another cardio workout for the other 3 (leaving me a rest day). I will strength train 1 - 2 times per week. I will use the support of my wonderful SparkTeams. I will FEEL THE BURN (as my boys say)!!!

I am from Ohio, about 30 miles south of Cleveland. I am a mom and a wife. I love to read, sew and make jewelry. I also love summertime so I can be outdoors.
Other Information:
Purple is my favorite color. I love Florida. I wish I could travel more.
