Introduction Text I work and go to school, so I need a simple diet. Right now I have Dr. Oz's diet book in front of me. My problem is late night snacking while doing my homework. I can be up until 6am sometimes. Sometimes I cannot sleep unless I am feeling full. I've never had healthy eating habits. I've always either eating too little or too much. I have a lot of fat stored in my stomach. My New Years resolution for 2010 is to be mindful of what I eat as well as of my interactions with people.

Short-term to long-term goals: 1. Weight-loss for health. 2. Get physically fit. 3. Get education. 4. Get motivated, lose weight, and get in shape to stay that way 5. Plan for retirement in 2011

55 years old. Husband and son.

I like inspirational books, I read books and do reviews for Amazon, I am studying Yoga, and I am studying Web design, animation, and digital design .
