I married the most amazing man in April 2013, and since have been placed back on medication for depression and anxiety, and have gained 100 lbs.
I am in the process of making small adjustments to 3 areas of my life that will add up to big changes.
I WILL give my husband back the woman in our wedding pictures.
I WILL be the wife that I have always wanted to be.
I WILL be there support him physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

My Goals:
1. Achieve the weight I was before I was married.
2. Control depression and anxiety through better nutrition, exercise, and weight loss.
3. Look and feel lean, toned, and fit.
My Program:
1. Eliminate majority of processed foods, especially sugar & wheat.
2. Take magnesium & ginko daily, increase lean protein, omega 3/6, fruits, and veggies.
3. Do some form of exercise every day, even if it is only 10 minutes.
