Introduction Text Update January 2014- Wow I've been gone from here since 2010! Time to get back on plan and take control of my life. My whole life has changed in the last 3 years. I left my husband of 24 years, and started off on my own journey. I had to find myself, and begin to love myself again. I lost almost 50 lbs in 6 months and kept it off for a while. It has recently started to slowly creep up a bit, probably because I am happy and content again :) I have a new boyfriend whom I've been dating for two years now, he is awesome. We took up kayaking and started going camping last summer. We have been walking in the winter whenever possible (it's been pretty cold so not much walking). We just joined a new gym opening here in February, I can't wait. Meanwhile I've set up an exercise area in the house. Now it's time to start a new healthy journey.

After losing 20 lbs - Buy new outfit for the gym. After 30 lbs - get a massage After 40 lbs - Buy new clothes (I'll need some by then)

I am trying to eat healthier to lose weight and be healthy.
