Welcome to destiny rises from within. You have entered a place where freedom reigns and life is of a purpose. Here you will see I have embarked on a new chapter of rewriting my story. I have stumbled along the way and gotten off course but I have not forgotten who I am. I have entered my jubilee years and I want to be healthier person from top to bottom. So here I began with a plan that will take the help of others who travel along the same path. I will not achieve perfection because that is not who I am. However I will overcome and move forward. I will take one day at a time and see what happens. So ............. the Story continues. Welcome aboard.

My Goals:
Is to Lose 75 pounds

Encourage myself daily

Improve my eating habits

Be more active outdoors

Lose inches consistently

Tighten and tone

Get off the floor w/ ease

Jump rope like I used to.

Workout 3 days a week.

My Rewards:

Spa Treatment every 25 pds.

Healthy and Toned body

Trip to Bahamas after 50 pds.

My Program:
Monday: 45 min cardio and 20 min. lower body

Tuesday: Jump rope day on Lunch Break

Wednesday: 45 min cardio and 20 min. core

Thursday: 60 min. of Dancing

Friday: 45 min cardio and chest and arms

Daily stretching and walking throughout my day.

Saturday: 20 min. Pilates once a week

Personal Information:
I am a follower of Jesus Christ.

I am a single mother of an adult son.

I live in a historic city with so much to offer and to help on my journey of becoming

I like who I am.

I like beautiful things...

Other Information:
I love the outdoors the beach or mountains both the same.

I like traveling to Historical Locations.

I also enjoy hiking and in the city I live I have found some historical hiking trails.
